Since graduating from University College Dublin in 2020, Lexi has worked extensively in neurological rehabilitation, supporting clients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, and brain surgery. Through that clinical experience, she became increasingly aware of the importance of pelvic health and its vital role in overall well-being.

She has completed continuing education with Pelvic Health Solutions in Canada to expand her knowledge and build a versatile toolbox to help clients achieve their goals. Beyond her clinical work, Lexi enjoys teaching and her role as a mentor.

Outside the clinic, Lexi stays active through yoga, Pilates, cycling, and dance, and finds balance through mindfulness, travel, and time with family and friends — a passion for movement and holistic wellness that continues to shape her approach to care.

Began her career as a registered physiotherapist.
