Your body has been holding on. Let's help it exhale.

Massage therapy is a clinically informed, deeply restorative treatment that supports your body’s natural ability to heal and move with ease. Using manual techniques on the muscles, connective tissue, joints, and ligaments, it helps relieve pain, improve circulation, and ease both acute and chronic discomfort — while also reducing stress and anxiety and helping you sleep more restfully.

Understanding the service

What is Registered Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy works with the muscles, fascia, and nervous system to ease pain, restore movement, and help your body remember how to relax. It can be steady, ongoing care, or focused work for something specific — recovering from surgery, easing pregnancy aches, or simply carrying too much tension for too long.

Every session starts with a conversation, not an assumption. We ask what you need, listen to how your body responds, and build a plan around you — always at your pace, and always with your say in what happens next.

FAQs

Have questions? We’re here to help guide you through your care journey

When should I start prenatal massage?

Prenatal-specific treatments begin in your second trimester — a regular massage session is fine in your first trimester — and continue right up to your last week of pregnancy.

Postnatal massage is available any time in the first two years postpartum.

Once you’re cleared by your surgeon, usually around 6 to 8 weeks post-surgery, typically with a series of 4 to 6 focused 30-minute sessions.

Regular sessions every 4 to 6 weeks help keep pain away and maintain the results you feel after each appointment.
