Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, practising since 2016. In recent years, she’s developed a deep commitment to working with individuals and couples on the fertility journey — with particular experience supporting those undergoing IVF and IUI, and those who have experienced pregnancy loss.

Fertility struggles can impact every part of life — creating distance within relationships when partners cope differently, bringing painful thoughts like “why is this happening to me?”, and leading to profound grief when outcomes don’t unfold as hoped. Even a long-awaited pregnancy or baby can bring unexpected guilt when the transition to parenthood feels harder than imagined.
Sarah’s approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply validating. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe to speak openly about the anger, the resentment, the shame, the exhaustion, and the heartbreak — offering steady support and compassionate care at every stage of the process.
In her own words: “Trying to start a family via IVF or IUI can be an exhausting process, and you can feel so alone in it. It is my goal to be that support you need, even if it’s just to listen — I’d be honoured to hear your story.”
Practising since 2016.
