What is Sexual Medicine?

Sexual medicine looks at the physical, emotional, and relational factors that affect intimacy and sexual function. Many concerns are connected — a physical health condition can affect mood and connection, just as relationship stress can show up as physical symptoms. At Vital Physiotherapy & Wellnes, Dr. Sambi meets with each patient to understand the full picture and build a plan that addresses the whole person, not just a single symptom.

What is Menopause Care?

Menopause care looks at the hormonal, physical, and emotional changes that happen through perimenopause and menopause. Hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, and shifts in sexual health are common — and often connected to one another. Dr. Sambi reviews each patient’s full health history to build an individualized, evidence-based plan for this transition.
