Known for her warm and easygoing nature, Amanda creates a space where you can feel safe, supported, and never rushed. She believes conversations about pelvic health should feel normal — not awkward — and meets every client with empathy, respect, and zero judgment.

Amanda completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2021 and has continued her training in pelvic health through Pelvic Health Solutions. She began her career in acute care hospitals, supporting people through illness and post-surgical recovery — an experience that shaped her strong focus on function, helping clients get back to the things that matter most. Over time, her interest in more proactive, holistic care led her to specialize in pelvic health.

Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys slow mornings with a good book, live music around the city, yoga or Pilates classes, and planning her next trip. She values balance and sustainability in her own life, and brings that same mindset into her care, helping clients build habits that support their healing long-term.
